Gauge Roll Units with Web Tables
- Rolls are of 300 mm dia. made from chilled cast
iron with hardness between 50 to 60 HRC & ground to
mirror finish. The bottom roll is lifted / lowered
for accurate gap setting using imported Jactuators.
Each Gauge Roll is provided with a Web Table adjustable
in height. Feed Conveyor with a separate drive is
provided to feed the dough received from the Laminator
in to the first Gauge Roll Unit.
Relaxation Conveyor - Receives
the dough sheet from the Web Table of the final Gauge
Roll Unit. The sheet is relaxed by forming 'waves'
and is passed on to the next conveyor.
Rotary Cutting Web with Rotary Cutter (excluded)
- Provided with a 10" dia. food grade quality
rubber roller. The rubber roller has a lifting / lowering
arrangement. An endless web is fitted to carry biscuits
to the next conveyor
Scrap Conveyors - The system consists
of Scrap Pick-up Conveyor, Scrap Cross Conveyor, Scrap
Return Conveyor and Oscillation Conveyor to distribute
the dough evenly into the Hopper of Laminator or Pre-Sheeter.
Panner - Transfers Rotary cut
or Rotary moulded biscuits to the Feed End of the
Biscuit Oven
